- Stitching issues where the material has not been sewn correctly (e.g. on the inner lining of the front pocket, on the side of the front pocket, where the backpack straps are attached on the inside of the main pocket etc); and
- Misprinting on the canvas;
- Missing keycharm.

Caring For Your Backpack
- Can I wash my Monarch Kids Backpack? Yes you can! The premium nylon inner is wipeable for light soiling. For heavy soiling, we recommend machine washing at up to 60°C and then air dry in the shade or in the dryer on low heat.
